Mr. N. G. Bendale, M.Sc (Agriculture) with Gold Medal and Distinction, is the President of Khandesh College Education (KCE) Society, Jalgaon (Maharashtra, India), which runs many leading institutions of Higher learning ranging from liberal arts to advanced science, technology and management streams spreading light of education in the North Maharashtra region. Also, he headed strategic positions like: a Senate Member of North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon; Vice-chairman of Indo-American Cardiovascular Centre, Jalgaon; Director of Akola Janata Commercial Cooperative Bank; Chairman of JalaSRI Board of Directors, and Proprietor of Heramb Poly-pack. Being an agriculturist, he has spent a considerable time of his career in promoting advanced and improved agricultural techniques in this region.

With his rich experience of 35 years in the field of innovative agriculture and development of the successful network of educational institutions, he has lead the people in combating battle with water, poverty, hunger and illiteracy and ameliorating hardship for grass root society in Jalgaon district. He is an efficient team builder, effective at nurturing, supporting, motivating, inspiring and active listening. He is an effective leader, with strong communication, counseling, mediation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills..

Mr. Nandkumar Bendale is well versed with the knowledge of current theories, methods, resources and strategies for teaching children of all age groups from school education to higher education. He establishes and communicates a vision of learning excellence, organizes and manages all aspects of institutional life in a variety of ways, provides leadership and support to all staff and students. He is an excellent role model, sensitive to the individual needs and differences of his team members.

All in all he is a team leader with vision and has the ability to manage the change and the leadership ability to take the institution and the community forward.
